Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)
📌 Purpose of SGRC
The committee generally handles issues related to:
- Academic matters (internal marks, attendance, exam-related concerns)
- Harassment or discrimination
- Infrastructure or facility complaints
- Administrative issues
- Any unfair treatment faced by students
🏛 Structure of SGRC
As per UGC norms, an SGRC usually includes:
- Principal (Chairperson)
- Senior faculty members
- A woman faculty representative
- Student representative (in some cases)
📝 How to Submit a Complaint
You can typically:
- Submit a written application to the Principal’s office.
- Use a grievance form (if available in college office or website).
