Online Londge Complaint Under Head
1. Use the College’s Official Contact / Online Form
The college website provides a contact form you can use to send complaints directly to the administration (Principal or Head).
Steps:
Go to the official Contact Us page of the college.
- Fill in your details:
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Mobile Number
- Subject (Write: Complaint / Grievance against Head of Department)
- Your Message / Complaint Details
- Submit the form online.
- This sends your complaint directly to the official email/administration.
2. Write a Clear Complaint Email
Subject: Complaint Against Head of Department – (Your name)
Body should include:
- Full name & course/year
- Registration/roll number (if student)
- Details of incident or issue
- What you want (redressal, explanation, action)
- Attach any supporting documents/photos
- Send it to the college email above. Keep a copy for reference.
3. Visit / Submit in Person
If possible, you can also prepare a written complaint letter and submit it in person at the college office.
Ask for a receipt / acknowledgment so there’s proof of submission.
